We are located 10 minutes south of Hamilton Ontario, Canada.  We specialize in unique bridal, family and environmental portraiture.  We are proud to have been in operation for the past 19 years, and our reputation always exceeds our clients expectations!  We are very excited about the 2011 season and our new products and services that we will be releasing over the season.

Where have you been???

OK!!!!  Caught all up on editing the mountains of photos we took this year!!!  Just in time, as all of our clients will be able to enjoy their proof magazines during the holiday season!! (:   I also almost forgot how to use this blog! Anyway I will be  blogging through the winter about the awesome season we had and posting loads of work!!!   THANK YOU to all of our 2011 clients!!    Balancing a photography career and a family has been, well interesting  !   A nice balance allows for creative inspiration – so I have been careful to appreciate this.  It is so important in this career to remain inspired and we are alive!       Well lets just say the kids are only young once!    Stay tuned!! We have loads of new stuff coming including loads of personal work.  Here is one of Jamie and Ryan fishing at Clear Lake!

Kirby and Samantha Tie the knot in Muskoka

I was lucky enough to be the photographer for this awesome wedding on Lake Joe, thanks to Chris of Tamarack North who we have been working  with for several years now.   The day started at Red Leaves on Lake Rosseau  in the spa for prep photos of the girls.    The weather held up for the most part which made for some amazing clouds.  Then off to Rocky Crest where the guests parked and were transported to the venue by boat..  Samantha and Kirby and the wedding party was soooo laid back making this a real pleasure to photograph.   The drive shed was converted into a reception venue and the chapel on site was used for the ceremony-   it looked amazing!    I absolutely love shooting in Muskoka so this was a real treat. The Catering  provided by Jaynes Gourmet from Toronto was enjoyed by all.    Thanks to everyone and congrats guys!

Krista and Justin Tie the knot in Ancaster

Another hot hot hot day!  Krista and Justin celebrated their wedding at her parents farm in Ancaster, which by the way has some of the best sweet corn in the area available!  A thunder storm and rain interrupted us for a bit, but did not dampen any spirits.  Krista and Justin just wouldn’t stop smiling which I love to see.  The ceremony was on the front porch, and reception and fun for the guests was onsite as well.  Carol Rame did a great job at keeping things organized and coordinated through the day as there were so many awesome details. Floral designs by Sticks and Stems.  It was great seeing so many familiar faces as our family has known the Cranston’s for many years.  Congrats guys!!  Family can view the photos at our online store

Terry and Matt Tie the knot at Crosswinds Golf and Country Club

Congratulations to Terry and Matt!  We had a hot day in Milton photographing Terry and Matt’s wedding day.  Thanks to Angela and Theresa for coming out and helping out with this wonderful event.   Terry and Matt had everything carefully orchestrated, and it all went down smooth!  Nice job!  This is one of those venues that I love to shoot at as it offers some awesome scenery and architecture.  Crosswinds Golf and Country Club.  Wishing Terry and Matt all the best!  Guests can contact them for the log in information for their online gallery.

James in Playa del Carmen

I love photographing the things that inspire me, and finding time for that is so important to stay creative and alive.  Here is James, my son on an assignment in Mexico with me, experiencing the ocean for the first time.  I told him that there was a lot more out there!
